Between 1997 and 2004 he worked in the law firm Aldunate y Cia., where he became partner of the firm. In 2005 he joined as a partner at Chadwick & Aldunate Abogados and, since 2012, he remained the main partner of Reymond & Fleischmann Abogados. In 2016 he founded Fleischmann & León Abogados.
He has specialized in civil and administrative law, domestic and international litigation and arbitration. His professional practice has focused mainly on infrastructure and construction work, related to public and private sector, in the field of mining, roads, airports, reservoirs, hospitals, energy, high ways, tunnels, and real estate, among others.
Lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1999), he obtained the highest distinction in his license exam (Summa cum laude). He has a Post Graduate Degree in Tax Law at Adolfo Ibañez University and a Master of Laws (LLM) at Georgetown University (2004).
He has published several articles and has lectured various classes and seminars on subjects of his specialty. His teaching experience includes: Professor of Specialization Course in Construction Law Universidad de Los Andes (2015 to date). Professor of Construction Law Diploma Pontificia Universidad Católica (2018).
He is Arbitrator of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Santiago since 2014.
Member of the Chilean Bar Association, the Arbitration Committee on construction issues, the Latin American Arbitration Association and the International Bar Association (IBA).
He has been highlighted by Chambers & Partners in the areas of Litigation (2012 to date) and Projects (2011 to date); by Practical Law Company in the areas of Construction (2011 and 2012) and Litigation (2012); by Legal 500 (2014 to date) and by Best Lawyers (2014 to date), among other recognized international publications. In 2018 was chosen by Best Lawyers as Lawyer of the Year in Construction matters, and in 2019 was appointed by Leaders League as Leading Lawyer in Disputes Resolution in Construction.
